文学城皮匠老师写过合法身份和合法停留
比如F1结束前递交了H4或者B2申请，一直pending,现在如要回国，这样COS H4/B2就是
为放弃了。那么在F1 OPT结束到离境是合法停留而没有身份
这样的话回去再签证的时候 DS160问是否有过overstay 如何回答？我的理解是NO
另外
我想在文学城上发帖问一下皮匠老师问题，但是注册后无法发帖？
请教大家如何正确注册，如果可能哪位好心人能借我文学城ID一用，只需在移民版发个
帖子

好像没有什么选择mortgage公司的余地，我的贷款是被转/卖到cenlar的。
去年买的新房，年底有个interim school tax。4月中旬deadline，我从2月份就开始催
cenlar，fax,email,电话了5，6回，结果it到7月份才交。
因为折扣和罚款的问题，假如税是$1000，那
2月份前交要 $980,
4月份前交要 $1000,
4月份后交要 $1100。
现在这个恶心的cenlar，7月份交了两笔，
school tax $980
city, utility $120
我可以肯定第二笔是迟交的罚款-这个不应该我交，其次他搞的这个“city, utility”
标题就是一个伪装，让你搞不清他到底是什么。
斗争是要继续的。问一下有没有人知道到哪里投诉it?

bring your I-539 receipt.
If you want to apply for H4 in US consulate, it should be no problem.
If you want to apply for B2 in US consulate, you should wait a longer time
in China. Or VO can still use it to prevent you from returning US
immediately.

impound 就是这点很烦。
你要盯着mortage 公司按时付。
他没有按时付，你要自己付。
他晚了，你也没付，罚款也是你的。

I don't think it is true. At least not in Illinois where
the mortgage company is responsible for late fees and fines.

Same here. Escrow account guarantees on-time payment as long as fund is
sufficient.

BBB... depends on the mortgage company. I did it with HSBC and it was a
success.
