以前发过贴， EB1B， PP到TSC， 8/23材料收到， 8/27批了，可是今天律师才收到
USCIS的信，一颗心算是放到肚子里了，不过高兴劲早过了。
背景：
文科，一个很SO SO的学校做AP，
文章8篇，包括3篇中文的，一个book chapter
review 5次， 2个book， 3个 manuscript，
没有奖
和大多数EB1B一样， CLAIM了三条：
contribution， judge， publication
还有一点疑问：为什么我的APPROVAL NOTICE 上有priority DATE, 是2008年的。我
以前申请eb2, PRIORITY DATE 是2008的，递485时不会有问题吧？请过来人说说。

话说两个星期前拍了一套TOWN HOUSE，本想没有什么悬念，也开始办理mortgage 等等
。昨天收到一封信。美国同事说我要找律师。犹豫不知如何做，还是来万能的家版吧，
请大家提意见。下面是信：
Dear ******
New House Title, LLC, an affiliate of the FLorida Default Lau Group, PL is
handling the settlement and title insurance for the referenced transaction
for which Fannie Mae is the seller.
Fannie Mae has become aware of potential defects with affidavits submitted
by their servicer, Bank of America and its affiliated entities, in
foreclosure actions, which raise concerns about the insurability of the
title of the subjiect property. Until these defects have been remedied, we
are unable to proceed with the sale or closing of foreclosed properties.
Pursuant to Section 18(j) of the Real Estate Purchase Agreement, Fannie
Mae is exercising its sole discretion to extend the Expiration Date of the
Agreement by 15 days at this time. If you wish to receive a return of the
earnest money and not wait for the issue to be resoled, Fannie Mae will
terminate the Agreement and return the earnest money deposit.
Please notify your real estate agent or auction representative if you don't
wish to proceed with the transaction.

貌似Fannie Mae 怀疑 foreclosure有问题，BOA有违章嫌疑。
找律师也没用吧，人家说要么等，要么退钱给你。

那怎么办呢？会不会递485时说我排期未到，把我当成2类的拒了？

Don't worry. The same happend to me. My eb1b 140 approval notice has the
priority date for my eb2-perm application printed on it. Later my 485 was
accepted by USCIS without any trouble.
When submitting your 485, highlight in the cover page that your 485
application is based on an approved eb1-140, for which the cut-off date is "
C".
