I don't think so. it is for curve road not for uturn xing pole.

The headlight goes with the turning wheel, so as long as you turn, the
headlight changes direction.
It is quite useful to me, since I have to go through a sharp turn to the
main road, and there is a bike route on the side of the main road. I found
it is very dangerous without seeing the corner in the night. Actually one
time I almost hit a biker...
