我个人是做培训设计的，目前在应聘一个工作，专门做针对banker sales方面的培训，
最后一关是做一个30mins presentation，topic是sales conversation, teaching a
group of bankers who want to learn more about holding effective sales
conversation.
我没有sales的经验，所以对于content的把握上面完全没有头绪，想请教版上有没有在
银行或者相关领域做sales的xdjm，可以提供我一下大体的方向，有哪些具体的专门的
书籍，报道等，或者哪位好心人email我一下自己的经验，也是求之不得。

买了一个三星的wep870，是stereo streaming
为什么连电脑上的蓝牙总说pair不到？

博士后是要提前多长时间联系啊？
是不是等所有材料如CV,Research statement, Reference letter 都准备好了才联系呢
？如果
没准备好就发EMAIL骚扰教授问有没有OPENING还是等一切准备好？担心现在的OPENING
到时又可能被
FILL了，可是没准备好是不是会浪费机会呢？很矛盾呀。求指点，谢了。

我觉得从舒服程度来说是机械键盘>笔记本剪刀脚键盘>薄膜键盘。
从薄膜转机械没觉得有显著改善，但是用了一阵机械以后再敲薄膜
就会明显感觉不爽。如果还没中毒建议还是不要转算了。

CV + short research statement 就好了。最好跟问opening 的信一起寄出去，
尽量不要回来太多此。research statement不要写得太长，否则遇到像我老板那种人，
一定会因为看得头痛就不看了。
reference letter 可以等对方对你有兴趣的时候再写，没有必要第一次就寄上
一般要提前一年到半年联系

是啊，所以好奇怎么去正确的dodge burn...lz那个link我之前也看过，很好奇那些圈
圈和曝光度是怎么设计的？有书推荐没？

这种dodge and burn 是一种artistic taste，不会有什么共同的基本原则。如果有，
也是作者自己的style。换个人，就是另一种处理方法。

I remember a video I watched that shows how dodging and burning are done in
dark rooms. Quite a fascinating process. Nowadays, the process and
techniques are being done in photo editing software.
Global dodge and burn is relatively straightforward with tools, like levels
and curves. However, local dodge and burn is what I am more interested in.
There is a technique called 'paint with light', similar in principle to the
dark room dodge and burn process. Quite tedious itself. I'm curious if there
are any general guidelines to make this technique more enjoyable and
effective.
