硬盘挂了吧，不一定有人破坏啊，自己也会挂。

Yes, for building inventory purpose, O only allowed ~6k EB2C to submit
485 but in the mean time he allowed ~60k EB2C to submit 485, so ironic.
Who said EB3I is the most miserable ones, as a whole they deserve the
waiting because of the high ratio of the frauds.
It's EB2C is the most miserable group, who gets ridiculously unfair
treatment in the process. Most of EB2C are honest ppl and no fault at all.
