我在TheLadders.com上挂了简历。他们看了我的简历后给我许多修改意见，然后希望帮
我修改简历，但是要价$700。请问各位大侠，他们是否是漫天要价？

依然是浓浓的姜文风北洋三部曲就这样结束了！客观的说比不上看了n遍的子弹但是
比魔性的一步更适合我这种普罗大众时间应该缩到两小时之内情节稍有拖或许是有
我个别没看懂的地方画面配乐很赞许晴和周韵都很美彭于晏奶气阳光阳刚茫然
太激起我这种30多妇女的喜欢了完了完了我觉得彭于晏的肉体占据了我的大脑完了
完了我一直没有觉得世界上有比我老公性感的男人但是这次彭于晏快跟他比肩了完了
完了我这算精神出轨吗。。。姜文的风格太明显了，某些桥段太戏谑了，张自忠有句
台词“还以为你不来了”，山东口音，七七事变也确实困在北京，姜文就喜欢玩这些小
梗、部分人物的勾勒也是寥寥几笔，对普通观众不太友好，还是觉得在商业和艺术上的
平衡没有找好，票房大爆大概率不可能了。可能他也志不在此？我觉得亨德利不是爱李
天然。亨德利只是把自己美国人的身份，当作一种“高等”人，以圣母心态，爱世人。
亨德利并没有意识到这样爱“世人李天然”会导致杀身之祸，他以为蓝青峰和之前坦克
日本军官一样，不敢杀美国人。我认为，亨德利的死，死于傲慢，而不是爱。

比让子弹飞差一点，里面好几个地方都会联想到让子弹飞。

sorry, it is not for cell-culture purpose,just for the immunostain...it is
made of glass.....
染色板，孔底拱顶形，节约抗体，利于更换液体;

i used it a lot when i was in china...it is a common stuff in the lab...i
just dont know its name in english

yes, the glass one is better than Glazed/White Porcelain Plate..the price is
also double~!
anyway, i am so glad that i always could find the answers from mitbbs

it is normally used for the immuno-stain....put the sectioned tissues in the
wells,and treat them like the normal mounting/floating sections...
Advantage:
1,u could very easily treat the frozen tissues in the well,without running
into the risk of tissue damage,
2, also u could save a little bit more of antibody working solution....add ~
100 ul for each well,
3,also the solution is not easy to evaporate in the humid chamber
4, personally,i think it is better than the frozen mounting slides,which
usually have lots of folded sections or damaged regions observed under the
microscope,which is very frustrating in deed.

这玩意儿就是玻璃上有些凹槽可以盛点溶液... 做个dissection/staining啥的有时候
还挺方便实验室里很多没想到还挺贵的

and also, if the primary Ab is expensive, what i do is to harvest the used
antibody for additional 1-2 times...it works well actually..

哦！我们都是把抗体直接滴在 parafilm上面，然后上面倒扣一个塑料培养皿。
