消极怠工两个多星期了，觉得实验室的生活很无聊。
现在做signal transduction，无非是跑胶，western, IP; 然后用一些inhibitors阻断
，用RNAi knock down，或者over-express dominant negative construct.实验技术和
思想方法很长时间都没什么长进。可是这也怨不了别人，因为也是我前期的结果把我引
到这条路上来的。
听听seminar，看看人家lab做的东西，觉得都比我做的有意思。
怎么办呢？

this is what I did for 5years. now I don't even want to touch a western hehe
High-throughput is the way to go~

围城，围城而已。。。我没有western的经验，申工作都觉得底气不足。:D

技术都是为回答问题服务的
只要问题好，又回答的好，就可以了
有好多好的文章也就是几个单一的技术，还是作的很漂亮，信服

啊咋做的跟我一模一样我也整天做这些。。。其它的都不会在发愁呢
