不知道每个公司的 shop drawing 都是谁检查的？ 是刚进来的人专门负责检查别人的
shop drawing 吗？ 检查别人设计的觉得很亏啊，自己签字，是不是谁签字出了事情就

公司里一个欧洲的本科生，没有在美国受过教育。 水平没开出怎么样，我这样的
Entry Level 的都可以经常找出他的错误，仗着自己是白人，对少数民族很不客气。
今天我检查shop drawing, 他做的设计，因为设计的疏漏，shop drawing 需要修改，
我对他的修改意见不同意，拒绝签名，这家伙竟然想强迫我按他的意见改，签我的名字
，结果两个人吵了起来。我知道这家伙在老板面前很受宠， 我也不是怕多干点活受累
，但我觉得原则问题不能让步。 准备明天早晨给几个老板发一封邮件，说明一下情况。
不知道兄弟姐妹们有没有遇到过类似的情况，都是怎么处理的， 谢谢。

Are you a detailer?
Normally engineers are only responsible for "reviewing" but not "approving".
If your peer made the changes, he should sign it. Or both of your guys needs
to sign it.

agree with you absolutely. The point is there are some issue we can not
compromise, for other issues, we can compromise. I think the suggestions
from brothers and sisters here can help me to be clearer about what I can
compromise and what I can not.

I am not a detailer, I am an engineer. The issue is my peer made the changes

each other. Worst case: If you two can not find a solution, go to Engineer
of Record (whoever signed plans) or go to your boss and ask him for
solution.
