你如果嫌monster.com 或careerbuilder太贵，
学校的Career Center有Career Counselor, they will help you free of charge.
但我发现那里的人水平参差不齐， 如果发现他们不好的话， 赶快换人．
resume改的好, 有锦上添花的作用. 200$也很正常, 估计经济不好时, 他们的生意很好－所以很多学校里的Career Counselor嫌学校里钱少， 辞职到那里发财去了. 但你如果实力不够或有不好找工作的专业, 找工作还是很难的.
找工作是一个系统工程, 光有吸引人的resume就象只有漂亮衣服, 却没有好的
Model. 那么最后的时装发布会也不太可能成功. 如果忽视了找工作的技巧和面试的准
备, 还有提高外语和个人的综合素质(包括专业水平和个人的修养), 那么就算拿到面试
也很难通过. 现在雇主至少要准备找上半打人telephone interview, on-site面试至少
有3个吧(当然也是看position而定), 竞争很激烈, 如果没有较强的综合实力, 还是外

偶没用过,不过见过,好象没有那么神奇,关键要看你自己的背景如何.
Justice0讲的很有道理,不过我个人觉得最重要的第一关是自己或找人把简历包装好,能
把门敲开再看其它的.
工作技巧和面试技巧是要好好多准备一下,有时面试的人会问一些比较难回答的题目.
英文嘛,只要基础不是太差,别紧张,多看英文电视,多练习说就好了.

i'm disappointed that dmitri (yes, he danced with karina) didn't make final.
on a positive note, it shows girls matter too.

judging dancing (or any form of art, as opposed to science) sometimes is
really subjective. i remember the first time i watch latin pro camp -
manhattan dancesport in 2006, i definitely saw a tall handsome guy
rehearsing, who later got eliminated in the first round. later, i realized
that was andrei (the one with short elena). 脸熟 is definitely important, as
sometimes people can't judge that many couples in short time. you get
easily lost in the crowd...
maybe they went to appeal, that they got a
