在给父母申请来美签证。上次签证是2015年过期的，不过当时不是10年签。现在这次申
请的是10年有效的B2签证，并且他们于今年上半年换了新护照。
这种情况下是不是还可以通过中信走免面试的申请？

最好的实验办法就是到他们申请签证预约的网站上（http://www.ustraveldocs.com/cn_zh/index.html?firstTime=No），注册登录后，按照他们的提问回答问题
，他们会马上告诉你是否可以走免面试申请的。

This now does seem a wet dream for many people. It reminds me of the days
that LIA hired a lobbyist. He tried to keep up our hope (and his fat pay
check from us) by giving us the never realized bill markup schedules. At the
end, the bill had never seen the light and never got a chance to appear
even in these subcommittee meetings.
I guess this hr3012 is not an exception either.

看看烙印有多大本事吧。如果人家做成了，那就服气了。如果他们也被忽悠了，那3年
之内真的就不要期待有什么改变了。

现在的calendar上面只排到周三，不知道啥意思。

又排在最后一个，惯用的伎俩，不要再期待了，这bill不可能过committee这关。

算是不错的啦
看看其他法案的introduced date吧大多数都是上半年的
3012作为一个9月份的法案能现在MARKUP已经是善莫大焉了
