现公司只给办EB3，所以必须换公司再办EB2。这样做有啥需要注意的事项？比如需要跟
现公司说好什么吗？新公司要马上给办EB2还是可以等一年两年都行? 只知道关于H1 5

先办H1B transfer，入职了再办EB2 PERM。没必要跟现在公司说。

就算新公司过两三年才申请EB2也可以？

If you transfer your job, will the previous employer withdraw your EB3 case?
Do you still use the PD after your EB3 case denied and new I140 not
approved yet?
