Even 3012 pass senate, it will be killed by this E2 amendment.

这个什么意思？3012不是还在参院吗?怎么又出来个house的修正案？

这是House有人想在3012过了senate后，再回House投票的时候，把以色列的E2 visa
amendment加上去。看吧，随着大选年，会有不同乱七八糟的amendment加上去的，最后
是议员对amendment争论不休，然后法案死掉。HR3012在senate不就是被Irish加了
amendment了吗？

参院加一个amendment，回众院讨论投票，众院再加一个再回参院讨论投票。。。。。
。众众参参，参参众众，无穷尽也
