ap means "reentry to US"
has nothing to do with any "third" country!!!!

前一段时间有个去欧洲的机会，因为没有回美国的有效签证给miss掉了。
主要是办欧洲签证先需要搞个回美国的签证。
不知道如果有个ap后，是否去欧洲就直接办去欧洲签证就行了？
不用担心回美国了？
对ap的了解不多，望有经验的人指点。
另外申请ap的时候，让写reason to apply，一般就说回国探亲用，
这个和以后去第三国没有关系吧。

I think you still need the visa from third country. Since u don't need to
worry about back visa, typically the third country will issue u the visa
with no trouble.
