奇怪怎么没问我卡号就直接synced成功了，在我的on my card里面可以看到costco那个

harry reid说会在6月份拿bill到floor debate.因为估计要有人filibuster, reid
file cloture到破filibuster要三天,加上debate一周多,我估算6月下旬能知道结果.
国会8月recess.Pelosi希望recess前，通过移民改革。所以一切顺利的话，7月份能通
过移民改革。

Nowadays with the frequent use of filibuster, you almost always need
60 votes to pass anything. So the tie-breaking vote is only meaningful
in theory, for most of the time.
