Technically, you are not allowed to submit 485 as your pd and cut off date
is the same, unless uscis makes an exception for you, which I highly doubt
it. Wait for next month, good luck.

But this is regression situation. My 485 is already submitted and I have
gone through Interview. I am just waiting for availability.

很多人PD在cod之后一周都当月拿卡了，你就等着下月拿卡吧，别忘了给包子昂
