should be sent to either the Phoenix or Dallas lockboxes based on the state

applications were correctly sent to Phoenix.

pending就可以吧，当然，要是那种out of stock，shipped的时候才charge，就不好说

dell很慢的，预计1月deliver...
是不是第一次只要pending charge了就好了？
一般pending后一段时间就没有了，然后等寄出来才扣钱的
