Asked about Pelosi’s remarks, Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chair Ruben
Hinojosa (D-Texas) said his members discussed that approach and are opposed
to piecemeal immigration bills.

不过这次改革总的来说对h1b是友好的， h4也可以工作了，名额增加了，
还严厉制裁了ICC.

不是stem直接发卡吗？马上各大院校推出五花八门的stem专业，99%毕业生都会变成

对已经是H1B的利好，但是对将要成为H1B，还不是H1B的不好， 要求更严了，要求比美
国人工资高25%才能办H1B

她和民主党都担心CIR中对非法移民要求的费用，会让非法移民不愿意来legalization.
她和民主党也担心如果不对H1B多收钱，就没法给美国的STEM Education增加更多资源。
