PD is not current, will likely become current in November.
case status changed from "acceptance" to "initial review" online today. Is
this a good sign?
what's weird though is that the website said my address related to the case
was changed, which isn't true. Anyone had similar experience?

这个如果你的case current,那就是批准的前奏。 而目前没有current的状态有动作，
极有可能你的已经pre-adjudicated.

08年9月底的pd, 觉得11月应该能到。
