很多年前入关时的小白卡不见了当时也不知道那个东西的重要性
后来转身份很多次都没有问题现在有有效的I94卡
有没有这种经验的会有什么问题么怎么解决？
估计这样的很少吧郁闷。。。

是啊但是我最后一次入境后丢失了...

There is any last entry stamp on your passpoart, it should be OK for the
substitute for the I-94. Of course, if you have I-94 that will be better.

Thanks a lot. There IS a blue entry stamp on my passport:)
I wish what they want is just that entry stamp~

现在入境已经是电子的i94了，没有纸的了。
你不会忘记这茬了吧？

When was your last entry? Since April'13, no paper I-94 is issued for air
and sea travel.
If you entered the US before 3/27/2013 and you lost your I-94 card, please
follow the instruction on the website below:

My last entry was in 2008. Too long ago. that I 94 has already expired for
a long time and I have many new I 94 valid after change the status. So I
doubt that if it is still meaningful to apply through the way you gave.

1. The last I-94 on your I-797A form should be fine, if you extended your H1
in US.
2. My last entry was still paper based, and I can also get my I-94 record on
https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html
3. Your legal stay history is reflected from all your 797 forms and passport
(s). The last I-94 is just for another verification of your last legal entry
