看来USCIS给刚CURRENT的群发RFE重新体检和EVL。因为这个程序机械不过脑 所以EVL主
副申请人都发了。USCIS OK！

Those letters indeed read similar between different applicants, as they
follow the same structure and contain the similar key words, which means
that the IOs will discount those.
What IOs look for is your achievements and how they impact others in
academia and industry. That's where you need to show your uniqueness.
Also, IOs are looking for evidences whether these letters do not jive up. If
two letters share the same sentences or paragraphs, the case will be
rejected without a second chance.
So try to vary the content coverage and the formatting and wording style of
each letter to make them different, for your case, but not necessarily
between different applicants.

嗯,目前, 你收到的这种RFE也都是本月或本月以后将current的人收到的
当然 只有EB2才有这种情况
