Notice of file transfer for visa regressed case
A final decision cannot made on your case at this time because a visa number
is not current available . This office is transferring your i485 case to
the location below. The office indicated below will retain your case until
the visa number become available and will ultimate conduct the final
processing of your case. This transfer will ensure better customer service
and fast case processing.

我是面谈后收到的这样一封信，但到后来还是把我transfer回到TSC了。
我的PD current后，他们又把我transfer到local office 做背景调查，但后来又
transfer回到TSC，最后还是在TSC批的。

信里已经说了，because a visa number is not current available ，所以现在不能
马上给你绿卡。
但如果你说的“做决定”是指面谈通过没有，那么这封信就是告诉你通过了。

跟我当时一样。面试然后说现在没拍到你。回去等吧到了就给卡。结果到了还他妈等了
几个月。
