有的dispute好像一个多月状态还是open。有的一天就closed了，把merchant credit退
给我了，这钱还会收回去吗？

EB2 -- EB3 之后180 天换工作， 没有file AC 21, 现在使用EAD，排期current了，还

基本不会。钱已经落袋为安，但商家已经得罪了，估计被关小黑屋了。。。

哈哈 关小黑屋应该不至于吧 但是受到merchant credit的时候也同时收到amex的信：
Thank you for your recent inquiry concerning your account. We are pleased to
inform you that we have credited your account for $xxx. The credit(s) will
appear on your upcoming billing statement. Any interest charges and any
American Express fees associated with the charge(s) have been adjusted.
If the merchant provides us with information at a later date supporting the

就是merchant可能提供什么信息后还会rebill？难道开始merchant没有调查就退钱了？

chargeback一般merchant也都懒得调查，除非金额比较大，直接退节省自己的成本，给
客户也有个好印象

当然是amex给的了，不过amex给之前会给merchant一定时间调查并给出相关的证据。
merchant一般懒得理的话就自然dispute成功，amex把钱从merchant那退回来

看来确实是这么回事，有的dispute open了一两个月都没结束，钱也没退回来，估计是
merchant一直没搭理。像这个dispute一天就结束了，钱也退回来了，估计是merchant
同意退款，之后不会再给rebill回去吧？

這肯定是 amex 給的，應該還沒輪到 merchant 反應。rebill 也有可能。

为什么会有这两种呢？哪种dispute成功的可能性大一些？

刚才和客服聊了 说dispute closed了就不会再charge回去了 也不知道是不是真的 但是
一天就closed总是让人有点担心

Please don't worry as the dispute is closed form our end and we have

the credit will stay on the account and It will show up online in 24-48
hours and will reflect in the next statement.
这次dispute的金额比较大，而一天就closed了，比较担心会不会rebill回去，想用又
不敢用。客服说可以给我寄一张支票我也没有答应。。

说起来比较麻烦 既然dispute closed了 我也没什么可做的 先等两个月再看吧 不过
disputed amount超过$1000 真要解决了就过来发包子！
