麻烦版上的牛人了！
140批了已经180+天了，排期遥遥无期，目前h1b还在第一个3年里，想换工作了，先打
听一下，如果h1b transfer的话，需要140的copy吗？还是一个140的号码就够用了？现
在公司的律师不给140的copy，我现在只有一个140的LIN#，是这个号码吗？
现在是eb2，所以去了新的公司以后还需要relink pd，那样的话是不是不管怎么样还是
搞到目前公司的140的copy为好？这两天看到版上有人说 freedom of information act
，可以去uscis request a copy of I-140，自己去request的话，目前的公司会知道吗？

H1B还在第一个三年里要140干嘛？
直接transfer就好
跟140一点儿关系也没有
新H1B会给你直接新的三年
自己好好做功课啊。。
