OPT extension材料提交都将近两个月了，现在状态还是Initial Review。可以打电话
催一下或者询问一下状态吗？
这个customer service center 的电话 1-800-375-5283 管用吗？谢谢

律师说不算，因为没有发表，而且数量很少（只有4篇），还包括2篇phd thesis
另外如果thesis里说用了我的数据和模型，可以算contribution吗？

有一家中餐馆可以盘下来，不在唐人街，在郊区那种。

厨师只能h2b,h1b要求是职位至少需要学士以上的才行。
The immigration law defines a specialty occupation as one that requires the
attainment of a Bachelor’s or higher degree – or its equivalent – in a
specialized field.

照你这么说，thesis上的东西别人看到了都能拿去发表？thesis没有版权保护？

这个版乃至整个华人圈，我觉得办H2b的都少。问律师吧。
如果这个好办,我相信华人早就应该盛行了

thesis的引用只能在google上找到，在ISI里就找不到了。可见ISI的标准要高些，当然
也权威一些。
不过如果别人用了你的数据和模型，这是一个很好的例子来说明“work being
implemented by others.”
只要你能搞到对方的推荐信就好了！
