半年前跟LD一起file了485. LD的PD是13年7月。
现在我的PERM也过了。我的PD是11年5月。现在我们应该transfer之前的485还是重新
file一份485？哪种更快/更保险顺利拿卡？
公司的律师这么说的：
In terms of the AOS, we can request that the XXX's I-140 be substituted in
place of your wife's approval. These requests are normally granted, and the
applications keep the original receipt date. If the request is not granted
, you and your wife can submit new AOS applications.
律师说的是transfer吗？那不成功的概率是多大？大概多久能知道transfer成功了没有
？
