议员查询打如下：
USCIS records shows that the constituent's case is currently in-transit from
the National Records Center to the National Benefits Center.
RD: 2014/05
PD：2011/12
EB2 140 approved:2015/11
2014/05和LD一起提交I-485，用LD的140。后来LD拿到绿卡，我的被搞错，然后因为排
期倒退，visa number没有了。
其是我的PD比LD的早一些，但是交I485的时候我的140还没有approve。我的140在2015/
11 approved，当时也current了。2015/12律师给交了transfer request把我的485
link 到我自己的140,然后杳无音信。打USCIS customer service电话，提交SR，没有
反应。今天议员那里终于有反应了。
请大侠们看看，"in-transit to national benefits center"到底是什么意思？为什么
USCIS的回信总是像一个谜语？:-)

为什么这个节骨眼上转到NBC?是relink到新的140成功了吗?旧的140还没有current;新
的140是current的.
我google到这个:
The NBC’s primary mission is to prepare applications for adjudication that
require an interview at a USCIS Field Office.
可是我2015年就已经interview了。当时officer告诉我要approve我的case.只缺Visa
Number. 是需要我重新体检和打指纹吗？我现在的日期是
体检：2014/04
