虽然排期下月才退，但是这个月感觉已经不处理申请了，是内部已经退了吗？那已经

我得到的回复是他们会继续处理但是只能先放到pending demand里，等排期当前了再
assign visa number。

版主从哪里得出如此相信的内情？
从mycasetracker的数据看，TSC确实没怎么处理485的case了。但PD后退第只是中国和
烙印呀，其他国家的EB还是应该处理的？难道没有demand了？

Effective immediately, the DOS will only send USCIS authorization on visa
numbers if the visa priority date is earlier than the cutoff date. Visa
requests for the remaining applications that are not allocated visa numbers
will be placed in the DOS “pending” demand file. These cases will be
adjudicated to completion and assigned a visa number when the priority dates
are advanced beyond the applicant’s priority date.
