I spent 3 full days filling DS 160 for my parents and couldn't get it done. Frustrated by the DS-160, I smashed my laptop. Because it's all the website' s fault, can I sue the goverment for not properly maintaining the website and for my time lost and laptop smashed? I guess I'm the most unlucky one, timed out at confirmation page!!!!
