有没有一类CONSULTING 公司专门帮助医院提高医疗、护理、管理质量的
比如像英国的“HORUS MEDICAL”专门为医院提供管理，培训，提供运营策略，帮助医
院提高医疗护理水平，帮助医院建科，帮助医院通过等级培训等。

I prepare the DOS-J1 WAIVER PACAGE:
I have some confused about list 3, 5 and 9. Any suggestions will be
appreciated.
1. Application fee $215 (money order)
2. Waiver review division barcode page (1 page)
3. Form 3035 (page 1, 2 and 3) –I just have 2 pages, and what is the 3rd
page?
4. Supplementary applicant information page
5. Copy of current passport containing name and birth date---don’t need
visa page?
5. Copies of all DS-2019 FORM
7. Statement of reason
8. 2 self -addressed, stamped envelope
9. Additional item as indicated by the applicant ---what is this?

is right now we can see that our call or letter does get back , so it does
get some changes to things.
Also another good thing is gov shutdown, which may give us some time.while
for I people, they may want to
push it out as soon.
We need to know how exactly we will work to make things go towards the way
we want.
I don't doubt us - we chinese don't have smart minds , or too less people,
or not willing to do things for our
own people.
We just need to be well organized.
we need Immigration Law experts, need organizers - not selfish, can make the
directions according to law
experts , and then we have people will spread out these directions of
actions, then we have people all take
these actions....
it is like a battle and we need to win...
we already lose too much... 2009 is an example. we need to look after
ourselves, look for reasonable quote for
us. In the long run, may be there will be immigration law change. Right now,
if we don't fight, it will be like
before, we wait many many years for LC to be approved while lots of quota
wasted, it may be like 2009, while
lots of people are suffering, we don't get our own 7% quota...
It seems they are not GOD any more. and they are not supposed to be? we can
hire lawyers to represent us, we
have money,we cannot just ignore our own rights and stay in blind...
