而且现在的就业面对于外国人是越来越小

I am not very sure. Probably special education and education measurement and
statistics are better than any other majors in education.

Some of my classmates got jobs from IBM, Bank of America...and some other mu
ltinational companies, most of which do not sponsor H1 visa.
Common titles for IDers are:
Instructional designer
Instructional Technologist
Training Specialist
Training Consultant
Curriculum Designer
But if you have a doctorate degree, and very impressive credentials, chances
are that you may find a tennure-track position in academia.

It seems it's much easier for masters to find a job as IDers. AECT job
center has tons of jobs open.
Of course, if you have a phd degree from the top 50 education schools, you
still can find a faculty position.
