i don't wear ballet flats at all. but the podiatrist suggests me wear flat
shoes (becoz of my ankle injury) and i said "but i heard completely flat
shoes, like ballet flats, are bad to your feet too" and he replied "not
necessarily".

同意～～　有双就　勒得我死去活来的……后来自己拿刀子给松紧带给割断了……好了
……哈哈哈
不过确实　纯平的，地儿薄的确实　走久了不那么舒服，最典型就是　tod's尽管是我
的大爱，可是　我老觉得走久了，那一脚地板的　疙瘩，着实不是太舒服了就……

很多flats的问题就是足弓没有垫，就那么一块平板儿，简直比光脚走还难受啊。。。

i don't wear ballet flats at all. but the podiatrist suggests me wear flat
shoes (becoz of my ankle injury) and i said "but i heard completely flat
shoes, like ballet flats, are bad to your feet too" and he replied "not
necessarily".

tods也不垫啊，tods不是以舒服著称的么。。

同意～～　有双就　勒得我死去活来的……后来自己拿刀子给松紧带给割断了……好了

tod's　平时上学　走那点儿路还成。
要是真去逛街，逛一天啥的，有点儿累，　我会脚后跟疼。

坡跟不舒服。我最不喜欢。我就喜欢那种小跟的。。可是太费鞋钉。。基本几个月就
的找个修鞋匠重新换个小鞋钉。。。那玩意是叫鞋钉吗？我比较愚昧。。不知道咋称呼

我基本上不喜欢太细跟的那种，很容易扭脚，我也就handle粗跟的本事，同喜欢今年的
chunky high heel

哇跟我正好相反，我穿过一次小跟的，也就一寸多点高，简直走不了路。。。

现在流行的不是恨天高，就是大平底，再要不就是platform，正是最不好的三种！

我看到平底也不行
上周穿着还只是一个小跟的CL出去溜达了10分钟，就不行了
好在还带了双平底在包里

说实话， 1/4 这种跟儿的，我真的没看见几双很好看的。
我妈总是叫我买有一点儿点儿跟儿的鞋，说不会累脚。（老太太说得看来还有道理啊）
可是我就是一直没找到，估计也可能我眼睛光盯着帆布鞋+平底了。。。

可是我穿了好多年ballet flats和那种平板凉鞋了，都没觉得有什么不舒服。穿高跟鞋
