请问得了领域内好几个 Young Investigator Awards, New Investigator Award,
Travel Awards,都是很难拿到得奖.我知道不能单独claim这些奖. 想不提吧,又没有东
西多少东西可写. 写进去吧,又不知道放在哪里. 大家出出主意吧!

只有一个major defect，estimate cost才250 - 400。其他的不是major defect的加起
来有好5000-7000，这个正常吗？还可以跟inspector说说多放一些major吗？拿这样的
一个report，怎样才能跟对方最后negotiation啊！

Financial service – asset management group招senior auditor.
我在这家公司的LA office做auditor, 可以内部递简历. 公司有了senior用人荒, 感觉
只要条件可以的都愿意面试.
要求如下:
1. Specialize in auditing 3 – 5 years, experience in asset management
preferred but not required
2. CPA license required, 这个必须有.
3. Other Big 3 employees preferred, but not required. 身边不少从local CPA
firm跳来做senior的例子.
4. Bachelor or master degree
5. 好像可以sponsor H1B. 到senior级别的其实是可以的,至少我外州的分公司的同
事被sponsor了.
6. 不能relocate到Los Angeles的童鞋勿扰.

只要是坏的东西都可以要修吧。旧的可以用的比较难。还有你多想要这个房子，出过的
价格里跟平均价比有没有下调空间等等

Major defect如下。其实我都不大明白，谁能解释一下。谢谢
ESTIMATED COST $250.00-400.00 each The failed or compromised joists in the
front of the basement on the right and left sides must be "sistered" with
joist of the same or greater size then the failed member. They must be
mechanically attached and BOLTED with nuts and washers to the failed or
compromised joist. When possible this should be from end to end, but if not
possible due to conditions, it must be a minimum 5' either side of the
failure and/or to a bearing wall. This can be done with proper sized and
spaced through bolts with nuts and washers. The bolts should be a set at a
minimum of 16"o.c and be ½" in diameter properly spaced and staggered
. In some cases it maybe deemed practical and more cost
effective to re support the failed joist with either a properly built and
installed bearing wall or with 4" x 4" post mechanically secured and
properly installed. Whenever a post or column is installed it must be set on
a properly designed footing so as to provide adequate support for the
structure. This decision should be made by a licensed contractor or if
necessary be a structural engineer.
The items listed above are considered to be major defects as per the
Pennsylvania Home Inspection Law as Chapter 75 of Title 68
