这里面门道多了，一会儿就绕晕了。跟买车一样，这便宜一点，那里有税费，买家根本
整不明白。最简单的是算Drive Out。
你应该算利率高但是费用低，和利率低和费用高，这两者在Close的时候差多少。这个
差价按时还款多少年能回来。然后就知道选哪个了。

大部分borrowers都是选no closing cost 的refi。
我的网页有没有费用的每日利率更新。需要refi的可以monitor一下。
