An early AMD "Barcelona" revision gets its first non-simulated benchmark
Earlier today, AMD announced that it successfully demonstrated Barcelona
across the server market. The company did not publically state how fast the
processor was running, the stepping of the processor, the processor thermal

To be fair, it's a single socket system and Cinebench doesn't care much
about memory bandwidth. 1P system is not usually AMD's strength. Some ppl
also say this CPU still uses HT1.0 instead of HT3.0, don't know whether that
's true or not.
Anyhow, barcelona is not a killer at all.
