the problem is that we can't predict how many Eb2I a.....
now EB2I vs EB2C is 10:1 after 2007
if EB2 world (all other except china) vs EB2C ratio is 14.3:1, we can't
reach 2800 per year. It may happen !!!
so this bill is good to PD before 2012, but after year 2012, god knows
what happen.........
en, my PD is 2009, personally I would like it to pass, but it will hurt PD
after 2012 or later.

人都会犯懒我也不例外，在一个兼职上觉得看不到很好的前程，可是每次看到别人的稿
费内心还是激动一下的。真的，总觉得izji可以做到，却发现你根本还是做不到，究竟
为什么，那就是坚持不下来，总是给自己找借口，你找到什么时候是个头。其实你可以
做到的，也能挣那么多，只是你不愿意而已。

Kindle DX 昨天邮到了，多亏了amazon studnet free 2-day delivery。现在准备汉化
，有几个问题想请教。
1. 现在搜到了两个汉化的方法，一个是Hi-pda上面的step by step，另一个是多看的
汉化，不知道两个有区别吗？哪个更好一点儿？
2. 查了一下固件版本是2.1，不知道是不是应该先升级到2.5，新固件的优点是什么？
3. 听说2.5版本上面usbnetwork不能用，看到一个帖子说在升级之前要先装好
usbnetwork，免得升级后无法安装，不知道是不是升级不影响以前安装的usbnetwork？
4. 汉化包是不是把浏览器一并汉化了？
5. 看到说浏览器可以通过Wap网关上主要的网站，不知道怎么弄？（我现在只知道通过
制作包括RSS全文链接的电子书来看新闻的办法）
6. 推荐一个带钢板的皮套吧？：）amazon真抠门，原来用的津科v3都是自带皮套的。

if 7% for EB2C is guaranteed every year, then 3012 is fine. otherwise, no
way.

PERM data is available, so we can do a rough guess.
At least it is a fair bill for everyone. first come, first serve.
It's a good bill.

then have more chinese immigrate. I don't see how this will harm. The
current system generates lots of waste each year. And even now we can't
guarantee 7%.

Right, since 30% >> 2800, we have to apply less than 2800
to get less than 2800 every year. That won't never happen
consider we are getting even more Chinese students now.
