I checked the 485 instruction again, but could not find other TSC address
other than Dallas and Lewisville.

Does that matter?
When doing 140, my recommendatoin letters show all kinds of addresses-but
all indicate "somewhere" in TX, and that's where I'll file my case with. So
my understanding is that, IO does not judge upon this address on the cover
letter, as long as you mail it to the right place, they don't care.
Correct me if I'm wrong.
