My parents received green card the end of last year and went back to China.
They are expected to come back this year, but due to some issues, they can
not come back to USA.
1. If they can not come to USA within 1 year, how to keep the green card
valid?
2. Is it possible to return green card to USCIS? So, they can apply for B1/
B2 visa whenever they want to visit us?

1.apply for Reentry Permit
2.they can not apply for B

1. How to apply for reentry permit? Can they apply for it while in China? Do
you have a link?
2. Even if they abandon the green card, they can not apply for B1/B2 in the
future?
