LCA开始时间是12/31/2009. 移民局AAO O1/20/2010收到我的appeal，就这样等了快2年
，以为不会有什么问题，谁知11/27/2011收到移民局的信，appeal又被据了！！！这两
天问了几个律师，都说我这种情况没救了， 即使递motion to reconsider也会被据的
。而且这对我的绿卡申请也会有影响（我10/13/2011递的485）， 很有可能绿卡也批不
下来。我现在很绝望，不知该怎么办才好，听说我这种算从2009年就illegal了，到现
在已超过一年，如回国10年以内不能来美国。我还有小孩在读中学， 难道就这样黑下
去了吗？
希望有经验的朋友帮帮我，包子不多，有参考价值的意见有包子相送。

不要动你现在的绿卡case，继续appeal你的h1b，死马当活马医，这段日子你在美国也
是合法的。
最主要的是你这个不是故意在美国非法逗留，最坏的结果是你的绿卡被deny，但你仍然
可以appeal。从人道的角度讲到最后法官应该不会让你deport，因为你out of ststus
都是移民局的delay造成的，你一直都proactively试图改正一个mistake。

，不需要很大，几G，几百兆的都可以，做数据备份用。请问有这样的设备吗？价钱越

我填的时候，把current employee填了，后面有三个选项，1.允许我们联系你的
employee 2. 不
允许我们联系你的employee 3.可以联系，但是只是verify你的start date.
填肯定要填的，他们未必给你老板联系，只不过给公司HR联系，问这个人在公司不
