我看网上写最健康的是extra virgin olive oil
不过我吃不惯它的这个味道
一直买的都是light的olive oil，不知道会不会由于提炼方法的缘故不健康
canola oil有的网站说很健康，有的说因为提炼方法的问题不健康，还大部分是转基因
的。
不知道美国花生油是不是转基因的。
困惑了。不知道买啥油好。

花生油是中性脂肪，不算健康。
热炒：葵瓜子油和葡萄籽油（受热温度高）
冷拌：extra virgin olive oil拌通心粉只需要盐调味，别煮太软，就已经很好吃了，
你可以试试。light的olive oil可以用，只是不是初榨而已，没什么不健康。
有时候我也用 Macadamia oil, Black sesame oil做菜
