在PP的第15天晚上11点58分，
系统生成notice说”Request for Evidence"啦。
但其实，RFE的信是第二天才写的，
TSC Officer# XM 277，
邮戳显示是又过了一天才寄出的。
（我没有留fax#，所以notice本该当天寄出）
信里typo、数错数、引文安错人，sentence没写完等等，
错漏百出，可见有多仓促成文。
具体comments情况如下：
第一步
Award: not meet.
Media report: you meet this criterion （虽然我没claim).
Contribution: this criterion meets the requirement of the plain language of
the statute.
Authorship: you meet this criterion.
数下来meet三条了，但是IO在第一部分总结的时候却说:
Your evidence has been reviewed, and it was concluded that you meet "two"
out of ten criteria of the plain language statute for the classification
sought.
象这种情况,我回复的时候要怎么指出
IO你前面已经说我met three criteria了？
还是因为我没claim media report,所以meet了也不算？
第二步
Totality没过。除了要template里那些finalist之类的evidence外，还指出两点：
（1）我的papers都是co-author的，不能证明我的individual contributions。
我只有两篇一作，但是citation跟其他同年份的同field的paper比高很多，我在PL里已
经列比过
了。不知道除了让老板写信再次强调我的leading role还有没有其他办法？
（2）Media report只能证明joint contribution of your research team,不能说明我的
individual outstanding achievements in the field.
我的Media reports除了NewsRx和网页转载，只有一个比较值得一提的，是沾老板的光
上了一下PBS
(Public Broadcast Service, 竟然被IO typo成了"PPS")的一个科普电视节目，有我演
示一个试
验的片断和特写镜头，（截图我已经放到PL里了），但是电视节目里没有提我的名字。
不知道有什么办法
能突出一下IO要求的我的"individual work has been the focus of the major media
"。
