Current now, I am holding H-1B for about 2.5 years, and my wife is F1(but
she came to US holding H4 visa for about 1 year, changed to F1 for only 3
months) . I just sent my I-140 and also add my wife’s name in the
relationship column. So there are several questions, thank you guys in
advance!!!
1. My wife didn’t tell the University ISO about that circumstance we added
her name
in I-140,
