You can add your spouse at the stage of I-140 or I-485. In general, you'd
better add her/him at the stage of I-485.
You and your spouse can apply separately for GC. At least for LC&I-140, it is
better to separately apply, so you can apply I-485 together using the fast I-
140 approval.
Be careful of I-140&I-485 concurrent filing:
1. if you concurrent file your I-140&485 without adding your spouse's name on
I-485/140, and your 485 gets approval before 140, you can not add your spouse'
s name anymo
