基本上可以说律师还未touch你的case。应该催一催。
我以前用的律师开诚布公的说，是的你交了律师费，但是我只有三天时间work on你的
case。我想他这么说一来是提醒我好好给他准备背景材料，二来这是事实。

我不知道是不是我的case比较弱，律师才花那么多时间。
我还想pp呢，不想再拖了，绿卡申请真烦人呀。

3天已经很多了啊
就算是很一般的律师，billing rate也有$150/Hr
一般收费都是4-5k，但考虑到可能case不过，平均一个case收费就算3k
那就是只有20个billable hour
一天8小时，这只是2天半而已。
何况一般干活都是大律师把关，小律师写材料。大律师的billing rate至少得double。
所以算下来律师真的没多少时间干事。

我的律师事先就讲好，起草PL2周。前提是你把他要的材料都给他（他给了一个大list
，基本上你把list上的东西收集齐了，寄给他，从收到之日起2周之内保证起草完成）。
拿到PL初稿之后我改了一些，然后扔回去。律师又花了一周修改。基本就是终稿了。

我的准备去年11月递，结果今年三月才递，而且PL还是自己从新写的。律师后来就格式
化和修改了一下语法。没办法，律师是公司的。催也没用。好在140还比较顺利。现在
等485中。
