3月140和485同时递交，现在（10月）140批了，485算7个月了还是刚开始？主要是想做
个SR以加快485，谢谢。

我的 case 11/23/2010 eb1b concurrent filed， 09/29/2011 140 aprroved，
i485 initial review, almost 1 year, my God!
after called the phone 1-800-375-5283.
They mailed me a letter and just told me，in fact，they are actively
processing this case， but we need addtional time to preocess it, ..., if there is no update found within 6 months，Please call the number，。。。
1. Is this the “SR” ?
2. what should i do now？ only keep waiting for 6 months?

My case was concurrent filed in Jan 2011, 140 was approved on 09/03/11. Got
the same notice as yours after SR is filed, asking to wait for 6 months...
i'll just keep waiting, with a hope that my wife and I could turn green
before our EAD/AP expires.
Anyone could advise when shall I file EAD/AP renewal: my wife is using EAD
to work and our EAD/AP expires on 03/16/2012

Sounds like a SR response.
What you can do:
1. Find out the detail status of your case (eg background check clear or not
) Call USCIS again and ask to talk to 2-level officer. and/Or you can do
info pass
2. If your background check is clear, contact some congressmen for help.Also
try to SR again, your case is definitely out of processing time (if you are
lucky to reach some nice representative)
