60分以上的就可以考虑了
80分以上就可以成家了

老公的485 current乐，但是公司说他的工资没有达到prevailing wage,不让递交
我们就找外面的律师办，
外面的中国律师给的sample EVL给单位签字，local HR partner答应签字了
但却说要给regional HR看一下
这一看，regional HR回答说不能签
因为我们的case就是不能递交，如果签字递交了，就把他们公司put in risk (他们说
这是misrepresentaion)
然后我问了现在的律师，我问他standard employment letter可以吗？，他一开始说总
比没有强，
后来他的意思是可以只交paycheck, W-2,那种standard employment letter也不要交了
我问这种情况成功率多少，他说一半一半吧，我真不知道到底要不要冒险阿
这个EVL一定要绿卡模式的还是standard letter也可以阿？

I think(may not be correct) underlying EB2 140 has to satisfy the prevailing
wage requirement. So you are saying that the EB2140 has been approved?

if the company supported the I140 which specified the offer salary should be
higher than prevailing wage, why don't they do that?
I do not think you keep pushing filing your 485 without consent from the
employer, they can revoke the underlying 140, which will cause drastical
problem.
