我忘了在什么地方看到的，好象也是说要等９０天，但是现在怎么也找不到了。您能指

My suggestion is not to submit any 485 on B2 visa. In tractitt, many san ge
have been found problems because this is a visa fraud.

B2 is for tuorist/short term business. And when you apply, specifying that
the applicant has no intention to immigration.

However, it is case by case. Someone might pass as the IO has a good happy
mood at the time when adjuridication. As we also witness here, EB2 still got
approval when visa is U. Some IOs are ignorant hehe.

多谢指点！也就是说您的建议是先交I－130，等批了再交I－485？而不是两个表同时
