我用efile I-907追加PP的时候，第一个选项就是“ Form number of the related
petition/application”，可是在这里我的下拉框只有I-129可选，没有I-140，这是
怎么回事呢？
有经验的同学请指教！谢谢！

我的理解，i140不能efile I907。打印出来，填好了，邮寄。

E-Filing Eligibility：
Your Form I-129 is pending and you wish to upgrade to premium processing
. (You will need your Form I-129 receipt number and the location where it
is being processed); and,
You are in one of the following nonimmigrant categories: E-1; E-2; H-1B;
H-2B; H-3; L-1; O-1; O-2; P-1; P-1S; P-2; P-3; Q-1; or TN.
