I hear that for NIW, employer can also file it on your behalf. It has higher
success case, if the employer, a credible big company, file it for you,
than yourself. Is that true?

公司可以帮你递交NIW, 而且成功率会高很多，但不知道是不是你拿到绿卡前就不能换
工作了。
问问律师，再上来分享。

I am here to contribute to the community.
A lawyer told me that if a company sponsors NIW for you, you will have to
wait until the I140 is finished before you can switch jobs.
