版上求过祝福，谢谢大家的建议和鼓励，HR转过来的律师收到的RFE的内容，具体
notice我没有看到。
全是问公司的东西，是不是我的contribution， review， authorship之类的IO就不会再
纠缠了。真的被公司律师整怕了，特来求助：
1) “letter or contract that sets forth the title, terms and condition
of the position” “addressed to the beneficiary”, and “must have been
written prior to the filing of the petition”;
之前HR有在petition letter 额外提供一封信说我的position是indefinite term之类
的话，这是要啥？
2) proof that the Petitioner employs at least 3 people full-time in
research positions.
3) They also request proof that Petitioner has achieved documented
accomplishments in an academic field.
上回提交了patent list for the company and some news articles about the
company.
