对于外行来说，这些fellow完全不知道牛不牛，io就是这样的外行……当然，我不是这
个领域的我也不知道……
所以，在PL里面要稍微解释一下这些term，如果你想用上的话。你能说得牛自然就牛了
。

我觉得引用一下说明不了任何问题
作者并没有做出任何倾向性的评价
可能只是你做的东西背景相符
甚至可能作为反面案例来引用。

不算。好点的EE系，一个系的正教授甚至副教授全是Fellow。
当然引用主要看人家吹你啥。人家要大段吹你的成果，不是牛人也要拿过来大说特说。

我有几个cite我文章的人也是这个AAAS的fellow。不太清楚这个fellow是不是很厉害。
基本上每年每个领域会有大概10个左右的人被选上，提名和选举好像都是要peer提名的
，专家评审。我搜了一下这些人的背景，都蛮厉害的，最近几年比较高产。摘录一段来
自他们网站的话
A member whose efforts on behalf of the advancement of science or its
applications are scientifically or socially distinguished and who has been a
continuous member for the four year period leading up to the year of
nomination, may, by virtue of such meritorious contribution be elected a
Fellow by the Council. Examples of areas in which nominees may have made
significant contributions are research; teaching; technology; services to
professional societies; administration in academe, industry, and government;
and communicating and interpreting science to the public. Fellows are
elected annually by the AAAS Council from the list of approved nominations
from the Section Steering Committees.
其中有个significant contribution... 会不会有变态io问，那你怎么没被选上啊？-_
